Meet the Staff

Henry Beaulieu, Senior Pastor

Pastor Beaulieu grew up in Montgomery, Alabama. He attended Wheaton College and served for 15 years as an active-duty Army officer and aviator. He also served 22 years as a chaplain both in Active Duty and in the Alabama National Guard. Henry retired from the military in January 2023.


Pastor Beaulieu comes to Redeeming Grace from Statesboro, GA, where he served as the director of the Counseling Ministry and as Associate Pastor at Trinity Presbyterian Church.


Henry and his wife, Gretchen, have been married for 36 years. They have four children (Faith, Margaret, Jonathan, and Jackson) and eight grandchildren.

Miguel D'Azevedo, Assistant Pastor

Miguel D’Azevedo is a dual citizen of the United States and Brazil. He is married to Hannah, and they have four small children: Alina, Joseph, Lucas, and Kathryn.

Miguel graduated from Greenville Presbyterian Theological Seminary in 2021 and, in 2022, was ordained and sent to plant a church in Okinawa, Japan.

In 2026, Miguel began working as an assistant pastor at Redeeming Grace. 

Tim Leazer, Pastoral Intern

Tim Leazer is a pastoral intern at Redeeming Grace. He is married to his beautiful wife, Lacey, and they have a daughter named Lily.

Tim is currently pursuing his Master of Divinity at Reformed Theological Seminary in Charlotte North Carolina. Upon graduation, he desires to pursue pastoral ministry, and he helps lead Sunday school and inductive Bible studies here at the church.

Matias Lee, Intern

Matias Lee was born and raised in Argentina. His parents emigrated from South Korea and met in Argentina.

Matias is currently pursuing his M. Div. degree with an emphasis on Counseling at Reformed Theological Seminary in Charlotte.

In 2025, Matias began volunteering as an intern at Redeeming Grace.  

Mindy Robinson, DIRECTOR OF CHILDREN's EDUCATION and Communications director

Mindy grew up in Northeast Tennessee, in Jonesborough. She graduated from Montreat College where she earned a bachelor’s degree in English. 


She and her family moved to Fort Mill, SC, in 1994, and for 25 years, she worked with her husband to raise vegetables for the Charlotte metro area on their hydroponic farm in Fort Mill. Along the way, she also taught English as a Second Language, high school English, and preschool. She completed the PCA’s Children’s Ministry Certification course in 2020.


Mindy and her husband Mark were married for 36 years before the Lord called Mark home in 2022. They have 3 adult children (Aaron, Sarah, and Martha). Mindy has been a member of Redeeming Grace since 2009.
